Flo is the API for tokenized capital markets. Developers use Flo to mint, redeem, borrow against, and bridge tokenized public and private market assets — 170 exchanges across 100+ countries, 29 currencies, and six asset classes. Each token is a blockchain-based structured note issued by a bankruptcy-remote SPV in the Cayman Islands, backed 1:1 by the underlying security held at SEC-registered broker-dealers. The company is bootstrapped and settles onchain on Base, Arbitrum, and Ethereum.
