Ship weekly
Every engineer cuts a release at least once a week. The cadence is non-negotiable — it's how we compound.
Own the whole loop
No hand-offs. You write the code, you operate it, you talk to the developer who hit the edge case at 2am.
Primary sources
We read the prospectus, the rate sheet, the indenture — not a summary of it. Capital markets rewards rigor.
Small team, high leverage
We will stay small on purpose. You will do work that would be two pay grades up at a larger company.

Founding Engineer — Settlement
Own the core mint/redeem/bridge path end-to-end. Prior experience building high-volume transactional systems (exchange, payments, broker-dealer) required.
Founding Engineer — Protocol
Solidity and Vyper. LayerZero DVN config, ERC-4626 vaults, onchain oracle plumbing. Security-first mindset, audit-ready code on day one.
Developer Experience Engineer
Make the docs the best in fintech. Own the SDKs (Python + Node), the quickstart, and the typed event taxonomy.
Capital Markets Analyst
Structure the relationships with prime brokers, custodians, and rate sheets. CFA or structured-credit experience is a plus.
Compliance Associate
Cayman SPV issuance ops, ongoing KYC/AML, sanctions screening, MiCA readiness. You will work directly with our Cayman legal counsel and the independent director of the issuance SPV.
Developer Relations
Ship talks, workshops, and sample apps that demonstrably convert. You write, you code, you speak on stage.
