Our Mission
Flo exists to make global capital markets accessible to every developer. Through a single API, builders can let their users mint, redeem, and track tokenized positions across public and private markets — without navigating broker-dealer agreements, custodial complexity, or legacy settlement rails.
We believe that onchain settlement, stablecoin-native payments, and programmable financial infrastructure will reshape how the world accesses capital. Our job is to make that future available today, one API call at a time.

Institutional-Grade
The same custody, attestation, and security standards demanded by the world's largest asset managers — available via API, issued as blockchain-based structured notes out of a bankruptcy-remote Cayman SPV with an independent director.
Regulatory-Compliant
KYC, sanctions screening, and IP geofencing enforced server-side on every mint and redeem. Issuance runs through a bankruptcy-remote Cayman SPV with a trust-like shareholding arrangement; restricted jurisdictions (including the US) are enforced at the API layer.
